Duna International College - Refund Policy!

1. Prior to visa application - by admission issue: In this case only 50% of the tuition fees is refundable. The application fee (€200) is not refundable as well.

2. After visa approval, prior to landing in Hungary: Firstly, the visa must be cancelled and then just 10% of the tuition fee is refundable only by submitting the revoked visa. The application fee (€200) is not refundable.

3. After visa approval, landing in Hungary and prior to or after enrollment at the College: None of the fees including tuition fee, application fee and insurance fee are refundable.

4. By visa rejection: €400 Euro will be deducted and the rest of the tuition fee will be refundable. The application fee (€200) is not refundable. Refunding will be done only after submission of the official rejection letter from the target consulate.

5. Change in the chosen study program after visa application: There is no refund or tuition fee transfer in case of change request in the chosen study program or ignoring to proceed to the destination university.

6. The accommodation fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
