Tuition Fees
We are is pleased to celebrate our 14th anniversary of establishment as one of the top preparatory colleges in Hungary that welcomes students from all around the world.
In this matter a promotion has been considered in the following details for those applicants who pay their tuition fees till: October 30, 2024.
- Tuition fee for the intensive term in Pre-medical, Pre-engineering & Pre-economic programs: 4700 Euros
- Application fee: 200 Euros
- Age limit: This promotion is for 21 years old applicants and under
Compared to other colleges and preparatory schools, Duna International College offers prestigious education for an affordable price. We combine the advantages of an intensive language course and an overall preparatory course to universities for the price of one. It is also worth mentioning, that not only the tuition fee, but also the costs of living are much more affordable in Hungary than in other Western-European countries.
- From the academic year 2024-25 Duna College students in all regular and intensive programs can enjoy a monthly city transport ticket with student discount. (About 10 Euros/month)
- At Duna College we offer the lowest tuition fees along with the highest quality of education.

For Non-EU citizens
The following fees must be paid prior to visa application. Bank charges on transactions must be supplied by the applicant.

A. Regular courses
- Fall & Spring semesters, commencing in October & November
- Study duration: One academic year
- Undergraduate Programs - Age limit: 25 years old and under
- Pre-medical: €7100
- Pre-engineering: €6900
- Pre-economic: €6900
- Pre-high school: €8900 (Age limit: under 19 years old)
- Postgraduate Programs - Age limit: 30 years old and under
- Pre-master’s: €6900
- Pre-PhD: €8500
B. Intensive courses
- Spring semester only, commencing in January & February
- Study duration: One academic semester
- Undergraduate Programs - Age limit: 25 years old and under
- Pre-medical: €7100
- Pre-engineering: €6900
- Pre-economic: €6900
- Pre-high school: €8900 (Age limit: under 19 years old)
- Postgraduate Programs - Age limit: 30 years old and under
- Pre-master’s: €6900
- Pre-PhD: €8500
3. Insurance fee: €250
Remarks:
- Major language can be chosen between English and German in all study programs but the core and specialized modules will be taught only in English language.
For EU citizens
- Pre-medical: €4500
- Pre-engineering: €3900
- Pre-economic: €3900

Refund Policy:
A. For Non-EU Citizens
1. Prior to visa application - by admission issue: In this case only 50% of the tuition fees is refundable. The application fee (€200) is not refundable as well.
2. After visa approval, prior to landing in Hungary: Firstly, the visa must be cancelled and then just 10% of the tuition fee is refundable only by submitting the revoked visa. The application fee (€200) is not refundable.
3. After visa approval, landing in Hungary and prior to or after enrollment at the College: None of the fees including tuition fee, application fee and insurance fee are refundable.
4. By visa rejection: €400 Euro will be deducted and the rest of the tuition fee will be refundable. The application fee (€200) is not refundable. Refunding will be done only after submission of the official rejection letter from the target consulate.
5. Change in the chosen study program after visa application: There is no refund or tuition fee transfer in case of change request in the chosen study program or ignoring to proceed to the destination university.
6. The accommodation fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Important Note: Required time of the refunding also depends on the refund policy of the partner university.
B. For EU Citizens
1. Prior to enrollment at the College: 35% of the tuition fee will be deducted and the rest will be refundable.The application and the accommodation fees are not refundable as well.
2. After enrollment at the College: None of the fees including tuition fee, application fee, accommodation fee, insurance fee and helper fee are refundable.
