Admissions step by step

We are pleased and honoured to announce that our operation outcomes show great success for Duna International College - Budapest in the academic year 2025-2026. Thanks to our training team and students! there is no need to any evidence of English language proficiency, but having the intermediate knowledge of English language including, reading, writing and speaking is highly recommended.

Admission steps:

Admission is done on the basis of academic eligibility of the applicant and hence having at least the evidence of high school graduation is mandatory (either provisional or permanent).

 

Required documents from all applicants:

  • Undergraduate level: (Pre-medical, Pre-engineering, Pre-economic) - Age limit: 25 years old and under    

1. The applicant’s passport. The passport must bear the signature of the applicant.
2. Photo of the applicant – colour photo.
3. Completed and signed Declaration form of the College for 2026-2027 (Previous forms are not effective) in PDF format.
     This declaration must be signed and stamped by the representative as well. 
4. Official English translation of high school diploma or evidence of graduation in PDF format.
5. Official English translation of high school transcript of records in PDF format.
6. Application: €200

  • Postgraduate level: (Pre-master’s & Pre-PhD.) - Age limit: 30 years old and under    

1. The applicant’s passport. The passport must bear the signature of the applicant.
2. Photo of the applicant – colour photo.
3. Completed and signed Declaration form of the College for 2026-2027 (Previous forms are not effective) in PDF format.
    This declaration must be signed and stamped by the representative as well.
4. Official English translation of high school diploma or evidence of graduation in PDF format.
5. Official English translation of high school transcript of records in PDF format.
6. Official English translation of Bachelor’s or master’s degree or evidence of graduation in PDF format.
7. Official English translation of Bachelor’s or master’s degree transcript of records in PDF format.
8. Application fee: €200

  • For Iranian applicants a completed Declaration in Farsi language in PDF format.

 Remarks:

  • Please note that each page must be scanned separately and in PDF format.
  • All the required documents must be properly scanned, in a high quality. Poor quality photos taken with mobile phones are not accepted at all.
  • Recommended level of English language proficiency for the applicants are: Intermediate, B1 or IELTS: 4.

  • Deadline for admissions in regular courses for Non-EU citizens: August 31st, 2026
  • Deadline for admissions in regular courses for EU citizens: September 30th, 2026
  • Enrollment for regular program:  October 7th, 2026 
  • Fall semester for all regular programs commences on: October 12th, 2026
  • Deadline for admissions in intensive Pre-medical program for Non-EU citizens: November 30th, 2026
  • Winter Holidays: from December 19th, 2026 till January 3rd, 2027
  • Deadline for admissions in intensive Pre-medical program for EU citizens: January 4th, 2027
  • Spring semester classes for all regular programs commences on: January 4th, 2027
  • Enrollment for intensive Pre-medical program: January 7th, 2027
  • Spring semester classes for intensive Pre-medical program start on: January 11th, 2027
  • Deadline for admissions in all other intensive programs  for Non-EU citizens: January 15th, 2027
  • Deadline for admissions in all other intensive programs  for EU citizens: January 29th, 2027
  • Enrollment all other intensive courses:  February 11th, 2027
  • Spring semester classes for all other intensive programs commences on: February 15th, 2027
  • Spring Holidays: from March 26th, 2027 Till March 29th, 2027

Important Note:

In order to commence the preparatory programs, students have to attain to 60% of initial English language exam to be given at the College upon enrollment, otherwise they have to join the English language course for one or two semesters and the paid tuition fee will be counted just for the English language course.
