Introduction to Duna College and Its Academic Programs

 

Duna College in Budapest is an international educational center in Hungary for admitting and educating students from all over the world in fields such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, veterinary medicine, all engineering fields, humanities, and management since 2010. 

All students who intend to pursue higher education in Hungarian universities or other European universities in various academic disciplines begin by completing foundational programs at Duna College. After successfully completing the college program, or by passing the university entrance exam (depending on the academic field), they begin studies in their chosen field. This college was established and is managed in collaboration with leading professors from Semmelweis Medical University and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. 

Duna College, as one of the internationally recognized educational centers with one of the strongest academic teams in Hungary, and recognized by the Hungarian Embassy in Iran, strives to make studying in a historic European country and progressing toward a better future possible for respected students.

Tuition & Fee Structure for College Programs (Academic Year 2026–2027)

This payment model is offered to facilitate students and families. 

Tuition payment is split into two installments:

• 50% of the tuition before applying for a visa
• 50% of the tuition after receiving the visa

1) Pre-Medical Sciences Program

• Age Requirement: Under 25

• For: Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Chemistry & Biology

• Subjects include: Medical English, Biology, Physiology, Chemistry

• Application fee: €200 (non-refundable)

• Tuition fee: €6,900 

2) Pre-Engineering Sciences Program

• Age Requirement: Under 25

• For: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics

• Subjects include: Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Specialized English

• Application fee: €200 (non-refundable)

• Tuition fee: €5,900 

3) Pre-Business & Management Program

• Age Requirement: Under 25

• Includes: Management, Computer Science, Specialized English

• Application fee: €200 (non-refundable)

• Tuition fee: €5,700 

4) Pre-Master’s Programs

• Age Requirement: Under 30

• Application fee: €200 (non-refundable)

• Tuition fee: €5,900 

5) Pre-PhD Programs

• Age Requirement: Under 30

• Application fee: €1000 (non-refundable)

• Tuition fee: €6,900 

6) Pre-High School Program

• Age Requirement: 16–18

• Designed for applicants without a high school diploma

• Application fee: €1000 (non-refundable)

• Tuition fee: €7,300 

Other Costs

• Dormitory Reservation Fee: €100 (non-refundable)

• Insurance: €300 (To bepaid after visa approval, upon enrollment at the College in Budapest)

Tuition Fees at Universities After the College (From Year 2 of University)

• Medicine (6 years): approx. $9,000–$9,600 per semester

• Dentistry (5 years): approx. $9,000–$9,600 per semester

• Pharmacy (5 years): approx. $6,300 per semester

• Veterinary (5 years): approx. €8,000 per semester

• Engineering: from €3,200 per semester

• Humanities & Management: €2,500–€4,000 per semester

• Master’s: €2,900–€6,200 per semester

• Doctorate: from €3,100 per semester 

Required Documents for Admission

For all study programs except Pre-high school program:

• Scanned passport personal page (valid at least 1 year)

• Photo in jpeg format

• Completed application form

• Signed declaration form in English

• Official English translations of High school diploma and transcripts

Additional documents & pre-doctorate programs:

• For Pre-master’s program: Official English translations of Bachelor’s degree and transcript

• For Pre-PhD program: Official English translations of Master’s degree and transcript

For Pre-high-school program:

• Scanned passport personal page (valid at least 1 year)

• Photo in jpeg format

• Completed application form

• Signed declaration form in English

• Official English translations of your latest High school transcripts

• Declaration of Awareness – Lack of High School Diploma document

Adviser / Representative's commission:

(Regardless of the field of study)

• 1–10 students: €1,400 per successful placement

• 10–20 students: €1,600 per successful placement

• More than 10 students: €2,000 per successful placement

A successful placement means the student has fully paid tuition, received the visa and enrolled at the college.
